This addition to the Tryon Fine Arts Center adds a multi-purpose, two-story-high addition designed to accommodate dinners, lectures, exhibits and light performances. Interior renovations within the existing building include ADA compliance, new storage areas, dressing rooms, rehearsal spaces and toilets serving both the addition and the existing amphitheater. The new multi-purpose space is oriented to take advantage of the mountain view, and opens onto a renovated Farwell Garden, which will allow simultaneous indoor and outdoor activities.
