Whitney Cottage Renovation

The former Whitney Cottage, ca. 1870, was reportedly the first residence constructed on Melrose Avenue. This project renovated the interior and restored the exterior facades of the house. A garage and family room addition, designed to blend with the existing character and details of the original structure, was added at the rear of the house.
